1. Shipping and Delivery Options

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only):

Economy (2–10 Business Days): FREE (may exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, on a case-by-case basis)
Express (1-3 Business Days): $59

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once the item has been handed over to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. Cancellations

After an order is submitted, processing begins immediately and cancellations are not possible.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Some items, such as those on sale, may be ineligible for return.

5. Delayed Orders

In the event of a processing delay, customers may cancel their order for a full refund.
Shipping provider delays are not the responsibility of Maxilin.
For shipping delays, please first contact the shipping carrier for updates.

6. Damaged Orders

Maxilin is not liable for lost or damaged products once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) restricts certain items from air shipment in the U.S.
Unauthorized items may require alternative shipping methods.
